General Terms of Orbit Roots Services – Fair and Transparent Policies

Orbit Roots provides digital solutions with the highest professional standards. Our services include:

By using these services, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

• You provide accurate, up-to-date information for project requirements.

• You agree to communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

• You will comply with all digital regulations, copyright, and data protection laws.

Orbit Roots reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the revised terms.

Web Design and Development Terms – Creative Services with Clear Responsibilities

Our web design and development services are aimed at building responsive, functional, and SEO-friendly websites.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide all required content, images, and brand guidelines on time.

• Approve design mock-ups before final development begins.

• Ensure that content provided does not infringe third-party rights.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Deliver websites as per agreed specifications and timeline.

• Ensure websites are compatible with major browsers and devices.

• Provide basic SEO optimization unless otherwise contracted for advanced SEO.

Intellectual Property:

• The website design remains Orbit Roots’ intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Once paid, ownership rights transfer to the Client, except for third-party licensed materials.

Limitations:

• Orbit Roots is not responsible for third-party hosting downtime, plugin issues, or external security breaches.

• Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as a separate support contract.

Digital Marketing Services Terms – Fair Use and Performance Policies

Our digital marketing services include SEO, PPC campaigns, content marketing, and social media promotion.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide access to relevant accounts (Google Ads, social media, website backend).

• Share accurate business information for campaigns.

• Approve marketing materials before launch.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Run campaigns as per strategy and agreed budget.

• Provide monthly reports on performance.

• Follow ethical digital marketing practices (no black-hat SEO).

Limitations:

• Results such as Google rankings or conversions cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.

• Ads are billed separately and are paid directly by the Client.

• Orbit Roots is not liable for policy violations caused by misleading or false information provided by the Client.

Application Development Terms – Secure and Scalable Solutions

Orbit Roots provides custom application development for web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed project requirements before development.

• Approve wireframes and prototypes before final coding begins.

• Test application functionality during the beta phase.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Deliver secure, scalable applications as per specifications.

• Follow coding best practices and security guidelines.

• Provide documentation and basic user training.

Intellectual Property:

• Source code ownership transfers upon full payment.

• Third-party tools, APIs, or libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Limitations:

• Post-delivery updates, bug fixes, or new features are part of a maintenance contract, not the original project.

• Orbit Roots is not responsible for app store rejections due to policy changes beyond our control.

E-commerce Platform Development Terms – Building Online Stores with Trust

Orbit Roots builds custom and CMS-based e-commerce platforms.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide product data (descriptions, pricing, images).

• Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws.

• Approve designs and payment gateway selection.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Deliver a secure and user-friendly online store.

• Integrate reliable payment gateways and shipping modules.

• Provide basic training for order management.

Limitations:

• Orbit Roots is not liable for payment gateway downtime, shipping delays, or third-party vendor failures.

• Any fraudulent transactions are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Artificial Intelligence Services Terms – Smarter Business Solutions

Our AI services include chatbots, predictive analytics, and machine learning integration.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide relevant data for AI training.

• Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Build AI models as per business requirements.

• Ensure data confidentiality and security.

• Provide training and documentation for usage.

Limitations:

• AI results may vary depending on data quality and business environment.

• Orbit Roots is not responsible for misuse or misinterpretation of AI predictions.

Digital Transformation Terms – Business Modernization with Orbit Roots

Digital transformation is a strategic journey involving cloud adoption, automation, and digital tools.

Client Responsibilities:

• Share current processes and challenges openly.

• Cooperate with organizational change management.

Orbit Roots Responsibilities:

• Provide a step-by-step digital transformation strategy.

• Ensure smooth migration of systems and data.

• Train staff to adapt to new technologies.

Limitations:

• Resistance to change within the Client’s team may affect results.

• Orbit Roots is not responsible for losses due to mismanagement of internal adoption.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Payments are to be made as per the agreed contract milestones.

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

• Refunds are available only in cases of non-delivery of service due to Orbit Roots’ fault.

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before project commencement.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Both parties agree to keep confidential business information secure.

• Orbit Roots complies with Privacy Laws for handling client data.

• We do not share or sell client data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

• Orbit Roots is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or reputation caused by third-party failures.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws, and any disputes will be handled in courts.
